周晋军，1989年6月生，山西省榆社县人。2019年1月毕业于清华大学水利水电工程系，获工学博士学位。现任北京工业大学城市建设学部市政工程系助理研究员。入选中国科协首批高端智库青年项目，主持承担了北京市自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、清华大学水沙科学与水利水电工程国家重点实验室与清华大学--宁夏银川水联网数字治水联合研究院联合开放基金等项目。获得了第十五届中国水论坛十佳优秀青年论文奖，获得2020年中国水利水电科学研究院科学技术奖一等奖，2020年北京工业大学青年教师讲课比赛三等奖。参编出版专著1部;在水利学报、水科学进展、Journal of Hydrology等国内外重要期刊发表论文30余篇(SCI收录10余篇、EI收录10余篇);授权发明专利4项。
